Program rules
These are the rules you agree to when you join the iNterGine webmaster program or send a work order. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, text 775-644-0030 or e-mail info@intergine.com before you start.
1. You work for yourself
- You are an independent webmaster running your own small business. You are not an employee of iNterGine, and you never say that you are iNterGine staff.
- iNterGine does not hire, pay, manage or pay commissions to webmasters. Your customers pay you for your work.
- You must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, licences and records where you live.
2. Work orders
- Send a work order only with the customer's OK to share their details with iNterGine.
- Everything in it must be true: the business, the contact person and the details.
- Use only words, logos and photos the customer owns or may use. No pictures copied from other websites.
- Use the same e-mail address for every work order. It is your webmaster ID and your login on every site built for you.
- Building the site is free. iNterGine builds it in 2 to 3 business days and e-mails you its address and your admin login.
3. The website and its subscription
- Every new site is a free 30-day trial. If nobody subscribes on the site's own subscribe screen, it closes by itself when the trial ends, and nobody owes anything for it.
- The website costs $360 a year ($30 a month), paid to iNterGine on the site, either by the customer or by you on the customer's behalf. Tell the customer about it openly from the start. Your own fees come on top.
- Once a business pays for its site, the site is theirs. iNterGine does not sell domain names: a customer's domain is registered in their own name and stays theirs.
4. Your price is your business
- You set your own prices: a set-up fee, a monthly care fee, extras, or nothing at all.
- Whatever you charge, and any agreement or invoice between you and your customer, is between you and them. iNterGine takes no cut and does not get involved.
5. Be honest
- Never promise Google rankings, sales or results that nobody can guarantee.
- No spam: contact businesses one by one, personally. No mass e-mails or messages.
- Never mislead a customer about who you are, what the site costs or who owns it.
6. Terms of Use
Every site on the platform also follows the iNterGine Terms of Use, which you can read on www.intergine.com/i/s (press "terms of service").
